In another MAJOR security lapse, according to FOX news, blue prints for the new skyscraper to be built at Ground Zero in New York City have been found in a dumpster! The plans for the building meant to replace the Twin Towers were found in a dumpster by a homeless man...if they had been found by unsavory types, said plans would have been easily used to attack the new building once constructed.
